Return Policy: We believe you will never want to return any of our products, but we want all our customers to be satisfied. If you truly don't like the product or wish to exchange it, simply return the unused merchandise with the original invoice and a note stating your reason for return and we'll refund your purchase price or ship you the item for which you want to exchange it. Shipping & handling charges are not refundable.

Cancelled/Changed Order Policy: Most of our ordering processes are automated; therefore we are unable to make changes to an order once it is finalized. If you need to add additional items, you will need to place another order. If you need to cancel an order please call within 24 hours with your order number and we will cancel the order. If payment was made by PayPal, a refund will be made via PayPal less handling fees. If there is something missing from your order, or an incorrect item was sent, call or email us and we will gladly correct your order.

Ordering Policy: Using the Shopping Cart provided by PayPal is the quickest and easiest way to order and pay for your products. Your order is processed and shipped quickly. If you go off the site without placing an order, the shopping cart will hold your list of ordered items. When ordering by email, you will need to provide all the necessary information; not only what you are ordering, but your shipping address and contact information as well. If you have any special requests or are ordering any custom items, this would be the best method. Credit Card payments can only be used through PayPal. We will send you a PayPal email with the amount due for your credit card payment, or you can send us a check. Please do not send payment until your order and total charges are confirmed.

Shipping Policy: We ship to U.S. and Canadian addresses ONLY; normally within 1-3 business days after payment is processed. We ship via USPS Priority Mail and UPS Services depending on the physical size of your order. Delivery time is calculated according to actual "business days" and does not include weekends or holidays; however most orders arrive in 3 days after shipment. Please be sure the shipping address you enter when you check out with PayPal is correct, since your shipping label will be printed from this information. Any orders that are returned to us because you entered the wrong shipping address will incur additional shipping charges. We can direct ship your gift to another address, but it must be on a separate order since PayPal can not separate items from multiple shipping addresses. Damaged Goods Policy: If your merchandise is damaged upon arrival save all contents and packing materials and contact us within 2 business days. Failure to do so voids any responsibility we may have had when shipped via UPS.

Privacy Policy: We never share your personal information with anyone. Sensitive information entered online is encrypted. YouSoapia is committed to providing a secure environment for transactions through the use of PayPal as well as the free flow of ideas. Visitors need not register or give any personal identification to use the general areas. (No software or hardware techniques are employed to capture a visitor's e-mail address or browser identity. We do not use "cookies" to track how you use our site. Where visitors choose to provide us with a name, email address or other information in order to purchase products or receive email notices of new products, YouSoapia keeps all such information confidential. Personally-identifiable information will not be sold or rented to any other organization.
